platform driven by NM's Lifetime Value database.
Via direct mail and out on the selling floors, "rank-and-file"
customers were treated to a special "thank you" an
invitation to share the special attention Neiman's lavishes
on their InCircle loyalty program members.
As a result, week after week, tens of thousands of NM
customers across the country responded with meaningful,
measurable increases in frequency of visits and purchases.
